All of these photos were taken during a visit to a friend's house in Glenwood Springs. The photos tell bits of these stories themselves. And that's the whole point.

I initially snapped her from across side alley as she fed the birds, and then went to talk to her. Her creatures in the middle of their feed, disturbed took flight in fear at a stranger. Soon returning to the business at hand once they’d seen I posed no threat.

After the mega succes of #001 with DJ Sabo we proudly present to you the second edition of our mixtape serie. Our superstar lady from Buenos Aires Alta Joya hooked us up with a smashing blend of tunes. For you who don't know Alta Joya yet (shame on you) we did an interview with her, wich you can read here. She gives us a musically sneek peek in her life and a global idea of the cultural dynamics in Argentina.

Chemical gdns is the one responsible for the exquisite cover design. What more can you say about this refined designer, he managed to capture the vibe of the mixtape and translated that to pixels. See more of his work or talk to him at his flickr profile. The audio logo is provided bij Bam Studio (check out their vimeo portfolio, pure awesemones).

It must not have been easy to get permission for ten massive walls to be painted. It must especially not have been easy to do so when it is normally being seen as vandalism. The people behind Caramundo got the permission and the results are to be seen in and near the city centre of Rotterdam. As part of R.U.A. Festival, street artists from Brazil were invited to show and paint their work on these walls and did so during July and August. Rua is the Portuguese word for street and that's exactly what it is all about.

It's been a while since we've heard of the crew, but they've sent of pictures of their time in the US. The last we heard, they were deported out of there for causing mayhem, and are now heading to France. Seeing the pictures, we're guessing they've had fun in the Lone star state.

A small word from the man who was lucky enough to be their photographer and live, Matt Crawford: "I should start with mad props to Trevor and the entire Fiz-iks crew for generating the concept for The Orbacle and then finding the masks for The Crew. The entire thing is well conceptualized and looks great. I really like emphasizing the potential for storytelling in a long exposure shot. Stringing along an international story development process is a magnificent thing, the possibilities are literally endless.....with The Crew Fiz-iks provided a very exotic looking cast, a strong story line, and freedom to continue the narrative thread in any direction. So, it's like a perfect project and I am very honored to have been able to play a small part. I can't wait to see how it all develops....."

Now let's see what the crew has been up to in Texas.

paybacktime

The third part of fiz-iks' Orb-acle collaboration project: revenge!

The crew is trading in the land of the rising sun for the lone star state, but not before they take care of some business. You better believe: It's payback time!

And the Fiz-Iks Orb-acle story continues!

This series of shots documents the "makeovers" that The Orb-acle kindly gave each of these men. Here you can witness the creation of the genetic freaks which have become to be known simply as The Crew.

culture
In the northern part of Europe lies a country that is silent yet booming. Helsinki, the capital of Finland is a cultural, up and coming centre of creative talents. Helsinki has a very active creative scene, which is very visible in the summer but very much hidden in the cold winter months. However, as soon as the sun is out and the thermometer goes to +25°C, Helsinki comes alive. Our spy satelites detected activity in the Suvilahti district of Helsinki, we sended in our native CFYE trooper This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
