Graffiti artist and graphic designer Dilom comes from the beautiful city of Burgas in Bulgaria. Dilom has been creating graffiti since 2001 and has been part of numerous events, festivals, exhibitions and commission jobs around Europe. He is an artist that doesn’t mind getting paid for his work: ” I actually enjoy painting for money because it combines art and a way of living. But still I must confess that my best works are these done for free, in my spare time” Dilom explains.

A focus of Dilom’s work is the seagull which he portraits as different characters. It’s a cross-over between the nature of the seagull – a nasty, hungry bird- and the human being which gives him many opportunities to develop and show different characters and messages to the audience. Black is boring to Dilom, he prefers colours and fine colour combinations.

His main goal is to express his own ideas, feelings and emotions. “But if my graffiti and illustrations can touch others I am happy too. I want to develop, and do all kinds of styles, but with a personal twist – every good artist style must be easily recognizable. And last but not least, I want to do many nice walls and productions in different countries and meet interesting people within the art world.”
